  11. Whenever I download something I get bad packet readings on m-link. The 
  12. phone line has been checked, and proven not to be the source of the 
  13. problem.  The internet provider assures me that they aren't the problem, 
  14. then told me that in most cases it is usually a software malfunction 
  15. caused from fragmented hard drive. Does this sound right?  
  16. Changing the CPS settings and unixcps datatypes within m-link was no 
  17. help, as the problem occurs when downloading with term and baudbandiet also.
  18. Has anyone had similar problems?  Baud rate is 38400.
